I am a Data & Analytics manager focused on strategy, combining modern data architecture, applied AI for business and leadership of high-performance teams. My work turns data into organizational capability by structuring governance, platforms and organizational design to scale decisions, products and efficiency. I use O2 and Unfix to organize value-oriented cells and circles, with execution cadence supported by Scrum, Kanban and OKRs while maintaining a strong outcomes and P&L perspective.At Onfly I lead the evolution of the data ecosystem and the use of AI as a strategic lever for the platform. I define guidelines, standards and architecture for pipelines, consumption layers and analytical products, enabling scalability with governance, observability and efficient resource allocation. I drive AI and MLOps maturity, ensuring that models and intelligent agents operate with versioning, reliability and measurable business impact. My stack includes GCP (BigQuery, Airflow, Datastream, Vertex, Spark, Databricks) and Power BI, combined with a macro-architecture mindset focused on data contracts, domain interoperability and microservices-based resilience.Before that, as a Data Product Manager at Take Blip, I led engineering and analytics squads in Azure, implementing governance and semantic architectures that scaled business autonomy. At Sebrae Minas I worked in market intelligence, delivering analyses and dashboards that supported decisions for thousands of entrepreneurs.My thesis is to treat data as a platform and AI as a decision engine. I scale analytical products and pipelines as strategic assets rather than technical artifacts. I align DataOps, versioning, reliability and governance to business objectives, reducing uncertainty, accelerating time to insight and generating tangible value for the P&L.
