I currently lead the growth discipline on Diablo IV, one of the most successful multi-platform games in the world. In this role, I tackle some of the most fascinating challenges in gaming, working to achieve industry-leading metrics in retention, reactivation, and user acquisition. I love collaborating with talented teams to craft experiences that resonate with players globally while also driving meaningful business outcomes. Some career highlights- At Activision Blizzard, I spearheaded the development of an in-game purchase flow for Diablo 4’s first expansion, aiming to reduce friction and improve conversion by adding a native point of sale directly within the game client. Collaborating with UX designers, engineers, and user research, I led the product vision for the new flow, identified drop-off points in the existing experience, and iterated pre-launch, dramatically increasing conversion- At Tala, a global fintech company using AI/ML to serve underrepresented borrowers, I proposed a loyalty rewards ecosystem that awarded healthy financial behavior (within our lending and digital wallet products) with redeemable points for local vendor rewards. Rallying executives and stakeholders across the company behind the gamification vision and working externally with local vendors to form meaningful partnerships, I launched and optimized this program, increasing retention despite rising global competition- Earlier in my career at Scopely, I managed the live ops strategy for Star Trek Fleet Command, driving player engagement and monetization through innovative event design inspired by an IP that I’ve always loved. Within this role, I drove the development and optimization of several key game features, such as the battle pass, leading to dramatic increases in retention, engagement, and monetization. Outside of work, I’m an avid extreme sports enthusiast with a passion for alpine skiing. I get my ikon pass every year and crave exploration and adventure.
