About Rafael Hourula

My career has been defined by problem-solving, innovation, flexibility, and high performance. Most recently, at Plasmidsaurus, I was hired as the first employee of the San Francisco satellite lab, and quickly grew it into our top performing lab, with just two employees. After ~1 year in that role, I pivoted to the logistics department, which was in dire need of organization, stability, and growth. I quickly provided that, ratcheting up the productivity, and bringing immediate success, despite having limited logistics experience prior to the role. In all stops in my professional journey, I have adapted to different roles, providing what was needed for the company, and going above and beyond with my performance. I enjoy solving problems, both big and small, especially when it comes to logistical challenges. I embrace start-up environments, thriving when the structure has not yet been built.
