I am an executive with more than 20 years leading people, logistics operations and businesses, acquired in multinational and national companies of medium and large size, in various segments: Food, Automotive, HiTech, Retail, Industrial, among others. Graduated in System Analysis from UNIFOA, I have an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FIA/USP and Specialization in Logistics from USP. Having advanced English and intermediate Spanish. Among my main qualifications, I highlight: • Signatory of the "Courageously Ethical" movement in Brazil. • Executive with systemic business vision, with a consolidated career in planning, development, implementation, project management and logistics operations with a focus on people safety, sustainability, efficiency increase, continuous improvement and cost reduction. • Management of logistics operations in inbound and outbound transportation, FTL and LTL, dry, liquid and refrigerated cargo, various warehousing models, intralogistics and collaborative circuit operations. • Project leadership for the implementation of new operational procedures, KPI management, process optimization and technology/dashboards (Power BI), generating safety in decision making, significant gains in productivity, risk reduction and operational losses. • Strategic, tactical and operational planning, with budget management / P&L around 300MM. • Active participation in commercial negotiations for new customers, readjustment of logistical operations and increase in the range of services offered to the customer base. • Negotiation of contracts with suppliers, survey of improvement opportunities, optimization of warehouse and transportation operations. • Startup of new operations, solid experience in business unit management, feasibility analysis of new operational models, new business development and commercial plan. • Management with focus on ESG and inclusion, having led projects that brought significant results in the operation such as reduction of turn over, absenteeism and breakdowns, as well as improved performance and operational safety. • Forming and leading large multidisciplinary teams, defining and following up on goals, developing, training and career tracking. • Experience with ERP, WMS and TMS systems, among others. • Availability for moving and traveling.
