I'll tell you my story: I worked for 12 years just to pay the bills. Some cool work, some not so much. Despite that, I never felt fully fulfilled. I've always worked hard. Due to work, I missed a few personal commitments. That was a lot of work! The whole thing didn't make sense to me. Then I decided to do something I said I would never do: start a business. At that time, I started getting into the digital world and met Neil Patel. Serial entrepreneur, ALWAYS willing to help. I decided to pitch him:"What if we helped companies in Brazil with our experience?" The challenge was accepted. With him and my partners, Saulo Medeiros and Caio Beleza, we started this journey. It never crossed my mind that I'd reach such high levels of personal and professional fulfillment. Today, we're in 18 countries with 700 people. We've helped hundreds of customers around the world. In Brazil, we all work remotely. It's always been. We're in 17 states. We've already helped clients like Totvs, CNN, Deezer, BTG, FIA, and many more. I'm the CEO of NP Digital in Brazil. Being CEO doesn't mean being the best. I think it's about having crazy ideas and joining forces with other brave people to pursue them! What's the point of talking about this?
