About Rafael Meier

Until recently, I worked as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and member of the management team at Fresh & Frozen Food AG, a specialist in purchasing, sales and distribution of frozen and chilled foods, especially convenience products and baked goods. I was responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy, achieving sales, financial and customer goals and leading a team of 20 employees.With more than six years of experience as Country Manager and Sales Director at Energizer Holdings, the global leader in household batteries and electronics, I have demonstrated my skills in sales leadership, profit and loss, sales strategy, category management and customer management. I have built and maintained successful business relationships with important Swiss retailers such as Migros, Coop, Denner and Media Markt, as well as taking on interim responsibility for the Nordics market (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway). I am a graduate of the Swiss Board School and have a board diploma and a diploma in economics (economics) from the University of Trier.My passion is bringing people together who can achieve more as a team than any one individual. I am passionate about unlocking potential, inspiring, motivating and developing talent and recognizing and exploiting opportunities. My goal is to create sustainable added value for my customers, my company and my employees.
