Brazilian Chemical Engineer & Occupational Safety and Health Engineer with 10 years of professional experience in consulting with focus on risk analysis and operational safety management, with emphasis on the oil and gas and mining industries. Projects in multinational companies, with presence in Brazil and abroad, working in the following sectors: Oil and Gas, Food, Mining and Chemical Industry. Operational safety audits and development and implementation of operational safety management systems, in accordance with the SGSO guidelines and other standards/guides considering international good practices, for instance: IOGP, ISO 9.001, ISO 14.001 and ISO 45.001. Theoretical and practical domain of the following risk analysis methodologies/techniques- What-If- Bow-Tie Diagrams- Hazard Identification (HAZID)- Hazard and Operability (HAZOP)- Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA). Among the main projects, the following should be highlighted: • Auditor and process safety analyst for planning and executing HSE audits, according with the SGSO Technical Resolution (ANP nº 43/2007), IBAMA and ANVISA standards and NRs at offshore installations in Brazil and abroad, such as: o FPSO; o Wellhead Platforms; o Supply Vessels; • Development of risk analysis studies using different methodologies / techniques of different industry segments, such as: o HAZID for Port facilities; o HAZID and Bow-Tie for Supply and Emergency Response Vessels; o HAZID, Bow-Tie, Safety Critical Elements identification, QRA for offshore platform; o HAZID, HAZOP and Bow-Tie for different Food facilities; o HAZID, Bow-tie and Environmental Risk Analysis for Mining Industrial Complex; • Development of Emergency Response Plan for different industry segments, such as: o Port Regasification Terminal; o Steel industry; • Lead auditor in more than 50 audits according to IOGP 423 guidelines, between 2019 and 2023.
