About Rafael Pratt

I’ve spent the past decade of my life accruing work experience across a wide array of industries, focusing on developing my business and management acumen while simultaneously completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing. I have worked with a diverse company of people both internationally and locally, fostering a skill for cross cultural communication. I have a strong interest in the arts and practise in the creative industries myself. This has developed my ability to find creative and unique solutions to problems within the more practical industries of business, marketing and administration. Over the course of my professional life I have discovered I flourish in positions where I am afforded autonomy with personal and social interaction between my peers to develop intriguing and engaging solutions to complex tasks. I am most engaged with work that allows me some form of leadership over the projects I undertake where I can foster a positive and lateral approach to teamwork and problem solving.
