About Rafael Ruiz

My mission, focused on people and customers, is to help to achieve the goals of the organization through the creation and maintenance of strong relationships with all business areas and the optimization of processes and resources. Personal and professional growth are closely linked. The desire to move forward, learn and improve continuously has led me to acquire multiple skills in various fields that have enriched my work experience in financial matters. Communicator, persevering, analytical, proactive, critical, honest and ethical are some of the qualities that strengthen my daily work. My professional career has been forged with the daily effort, determination and good interpersonal relationships that have been created in the work environment. I have collaborated in a multitude of sectors, regulated and unregulated, dynamic, in all business phases and environments. We are continuously at a turning point, so the adaptation and improvement of strengths that have helped me to achieve the achievements that I have faced goes through not only continuous training and improvement, but also the consolidation of a collaborative environment more and more natural with all our partners, to bring us a vision of the business as a whole.
