I’m a business leader with a strong financial background and over two decades of experience driving performance and transformation across Latin America and Europe. Throughout my career, I’ve led organizations through growth, restructuring, and integration phases — always balancing hands-on management with long-term strategic vision. Currently, I serve as Country Manager for Michelin in Chile, Peru, and Bolivia, leading multi-country teams and managing complex operations that combine B2B and B2C business models. My focus is on building trust, empowering teams, and ensuring that business results are achieved with ethics, sustainability, and respect for people. Before this role, I held executive positions including Managing Director at ConveyBelts and CFO at Levorin Pneus, both of which strengthened my experience in industrial operations, financial governance, and cultural transformation. Earlier, I worked internationally in France and Brazil in finance, auditing, and project management roles, developing a deep understanding of global business dynamics.
