PhD in Chemistry from the University of Navarra. M.Sc. in Science and Materials Engineering B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemistry Stability and Product Performance Scientist at General Mills and Medallion Labs. Ph.D. in Chemistry with 10+ years of international background in R&D. Experienced in Food Chemistry, Polymer Nanocomposites, Chemical modification of Nanoparticles, Hydrogels and Biomaterials. Passionate about research and technology, I thrive to apply my strategic and analytical mind to solve challenges and unlock new possibilities of growth. I developed my PhD at the Physical Chemistry department of the University of Navarra working on new polymer composites nanomaterials based on cyclodextrins for their use in biomedical applications. Previous to my PhD. I worked in well-known companies as Nestlé and Coca-Cola, first for an internship and as an R&D Stability trainee on the second one. I decided that I should be better prepared with a PhD in order to become a senior researcher and entrepreneur in the future. I am interested in research and business, I would like to lead research groups to achieve high goals in the food industry.
