During the last 14 years in charge of developing high performance teams, influencing the company C-level towards digital with accountability over strategic business initiatives leading digital Product launches & business models developments, transforming actual processes and platforms arquitecture, enabling digitalization of the company through Analytics, IT Platforms & Industry IoT Arquitecture, Cloud Services, Customer Centricity and a Culture Transformation with a Lean and Agile Digital mindset. As an Associate Professor for the Program Managing Digital Transformation at Universidad de Chile; Business & Economy Faculty, he stays current about new trends. As a Platforms Transformation leader being recognized for defining the commercial strategy and operational model for the launch of new business in 2 multinational companies in Retail, manufacturing & Consulting services. Nowdays in the Retail Supermarket transformation agenda within the Real Estate team developing the Journey to industry 4.0 roadmap impacting asset management E2E process while leveraging Digital Platforms and unleashing Data to optimize capital investment projects; asset reliability and associate & vendors management, reducing OpEx and evolving the Ways of Working for the teams. Short - mid term goal is to leverage my international exposure leading multi-domestic teams; defining & deploying best practices among different countries Transforming the Business with results of 2-digits in EbitDA in 3 years.
