About Rafaela da Costa

I’m currently working at Coach as a Visual Merchandising Support Associate, where I bring my expertise in design, spatial planning, and customer experience to create engaging and impactful displays. I earned a B.S. in Fashion & Retail Studies from Ohio State University in 2023. I’ve also developed my skills working with luxury brands like Saks Fifth Avenue and Breitling, where I honed my ability to understand high-end clientele and curate experiences that align with brand aesthetics. My journey in Visual Merchandising began at Victoria’s Secret PINK, where I first realized my passion for transforming retail spaces into storytelling environments. This experience, coupled with completing the FIT x WWD Fashion Stylist Foundations course, has further refined my eye for detail, creative problem-solving, and data-driven merchandising strategies. I’m passionate about bringing creativity and precision to every project and am confident that my skills in visual storytelling, brand alignment, and customer engagement make me the ideal candidate for any Visual Merchandising role.
