About Rafaela Freire

I have always been passionate and driven to achieve my goals. I used to be an athlete, so I am not afraid of facing challenges with hard work. Currently, I am a sophomore at University of South Florida studying Business Management, working as a staff member at the USF Recreation Wellness and Center and as a Desk Clerk at USF Housing Services. Beyond that, I have started a new position as a Director of Consulting at the Collegiate Entrepreneur's Organization, where I am helping small businesses and start ups to grow in the marketing and sales fields with effective strategies. During last summer (summer 2023) I had the opportunity to intern at the World Trade Center as a financial intern. In this experience, I could sharpen my financial skills, where I could assist the finance team in conducting financial analysis, monitoring financial performance, and identifying areas for improvement by utilizing advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. In my positions, I am efficient, and I provide the best of me. I am looking forward to getting new experiences in the financial market and learning from those new challenges!
