Experience with more than 15 years in Law, working in corporate law in large companies in the fashion retail, technology and consultancy sectors. With a generalist profile and focus on Corporate, Tax and Contracts, it highlights my negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as expertise in crisis management. My academic background combined with experience allows collaboration for business restructuring and expansion, compliance and governance alignment, tax planning and regularization (PIS, COFINS and ISS; CSLL and IRPJ), in addition to the application of practical and preventive measures in relation to contracts, including real estate contracts with shopping malls in the retail segment. I have extensive experience in litigation management, mapping and management of judicial and administrative processes (civil, labor, real estate), in addition to extensive experience in external legal consultancy and interaction with the Management Committee. I have a strong role in drafting and reviewing various contracts linked to the company's middle and end activities, as well as in the administration of real estate contracts and real estate and tax regularizations.
