I am the proud owner and managing partner of one of the most successful real estate companies in Romania, with a unique market approach- H2H business. With a proven track record of transactions, summing up 1Billon Euros, Imoteca has consolidated its position among developers and clients looking for high quality consultancy services. As a real estate advisory consulting business, we have spent the last 22 years accumulating the knowledge, the expertise and the understanding needed to inspire a paradigm shift in the Real Estate industry. We encourage other businesses to transform the way they understand, invest in and construct modern places and spaces. From a developer position, our purpose is to be the change agent, and to create sustainable destinations. The way we develop and construct our built environment needs to be fit for the future needs of modern society. This is the reason why in 2020 I launched Grupo Demetra to lead that transformation and Think Beyond Buildings. Our story continues, and in 2025 we are launching our first project at Grupo Demetra Developments: Demetra Eco Village, A village within a village, to provide quality affordable homes that deliver a positive environment for people, a positive return for investors and a positive impact for our planet. In parallel, in 2025 i joined the Dedira team to lead land development initiatives within strategic logistics corridors — beginning with a 50-hectare Free Zone at the Port of Galați, a key multimodal gateway at the EU's eastern border.
