About Rafaela Rolim

My purpose is to host safe spaces for exchange and learning that inspire people and organizations to co-create a better world. 18+ years of experience in program management, international learning journeys and human development projects. From conception and design to promotion and operation. International Education enthusiast, driven by the mission to promote respect for diversity, recognizing and embracing our shared humanity. In addition to my work in International Education and Leadership Development, I currently serve as global coordinator of the Inner Development Goals HUBs and Networks. Participatory leadership facilitator, trained at u.Lab: Leading From the Emerging Future (MITx), Sociocracy, Non-Violent Communication, Liberating Structures, Oasis Game, Germinar Program and the Art of Hosting, a worldwide community of practice for Meaningful Conversations that uses dialogue, facilitation and co-creation of innovations to address complex challenges. These are tools I use to support my purpose of making a positive impact in the world, while forming global citizens who are aware of their role in building a more humane and sustainable society. I am a meditation and yoga practitioner, passionate about topics related to human development, female empowerment, well-being, self-awareness and sustainability.
