About Rafaelli Chagas

From an early age, I have always been passionate about technology. I graduated in Information Technology during high school, but chose to pursue a degree in Tourism due to my interest in languages and cultures. Despite this, my fascination with technology remained strong. The pandemic presented the perfect opportunity for me to dive fully into this passion. In March 2022, I was introduced to ServiceNow, and since then, I have dedicated myself to learning and becoming certified on the platform. I have participated in various training sessions, study groups, and obtained certifications to stay current and continually improve my skills. My career transition into the technology field reflects my determination and organizational abilities, which help me balance work, studies, and family life.Over time, I have developed a detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, always focused on optimizing processes and delivering high-quality results. My goal is to continue advancing in the ServiceNow field and, in the future, achieve the position of ServiceNow Technical Architect, where I can apply and expand all the knowledge I have gained throughout this journey.
