Currently spearheading initiatives as the Program Director at The Posse Foundation, my role encompasses the supervision of a dedicated team, fostering leadership among high school students, and enhancing college success programs. With over two years at the helm, our team has effectively partnered with university admissions to nurture future leaders, exemplified by the recruitment of multiple Posse Scholar cohorts from the Bay Area schools. My expertise in student services and diversity training has been instrumental in managing a comprehensive leadership and writing curriculum, as well as executing annual leadership retreats. The Posse Foundation's collaboration with educational institutions has been fortified through my efforts in facilitating key admissions and leadership development presentations, all while ensuring effective conflict resolution strategies for our scholars.
