Working in a production environment, health & safety has a big role to play and when my investigations or audits reveal changes need to be implemented, I make sure this happens swiftly. As a manager, I make sure those under my leadership and motivated, engaged in their work and receive the training and support they require in order to meet individual and team goals. Personable and approachable, I have an aptitude for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients and working closely with them as necessary to resolve problems and meet expectations.
