I've worked as an attorney and consultant for more than ten years in the fields of eDiscovery and Legal Technology. This career has afforded me a broad range of tools and experiences to draw from, and I have built a career upon on pre-engagement business development, scoping, legal consulting & project administration throughout the course of my client's projects. As a legal consultant and counselor for my clients, I focus heavily on the law and our obligations under eDiscovery orders and ethical rules to ensure our clients our protected. We have these discussions early and often to ensure that our projects and clients are on track for success, and so we are able to pivot as the needs or facts of a case change. By leveraging my experience through hundreds of matters and cases over the years, I am able to provide a solid backbone throughout a sales cycle. I commonly spearhead discussion and deliverables with the client and make sure that all teams (technical, legal and business) are on the same page. This includes helping to draft project workflows, key documentation and contracting instruments and providing guidance on best-practices and technical, legal, or financial requirements of a case throughout a relationship.
