I am a project manager currently engaged in structural steel and SOE (support of excavation) projects supporting the Ontario Line Subway program. Previously, I directed a portfolio of industrial construction projects for a client base that included multinationals headquartered in China, India, Mauritius, and Korea. I have also conducted procurement and sourcing of raw materials, industrial hardware and machinery with vendors, suppliers and OEMs based in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. I led a project management office from 2021-2023 and prior to that, a 200+ team of production personnel from 2014-2017. I have experience guiding cross-functional groups, leading in-field and in-house troubleshooting initiatives, spearheading continuous improvement and optimizing manufacturing operations. As a Project Manager, I thrive when bringing people together to achieve results that are greater than the sum of their parts.
