About Rafee Shabbir

I perceive learning as a lifelong journey, with no limit to quenching it. Throughout my life, I've worked in many fields to harvest my skills to the fullest. I started my journey working with several startups in Bangladesh, as an enabler of the startup ecosystem. Then transcended to Bangladesh's biggest platform for budding tech entrepreneurs, Grameen Accelerator. I worked as an administrative coordinator for a few years. After which I decided to flourish my skills more, and challenge myself to try something new, so I took interest in ride-sharing and data analytics companies. I worked with Pathao for a while, garnering new experiences in ride-sharing, logistics and finance. Currently, I'm leading operations at a vertical in a media tech company. The concept of technology and leadership always fascinated me, so I'm immensely passionate about it. In my career, I've played several leadership roles to ascend my team to success. Education-wise, I had done a double major in Finance and Economics from Monash University, Malaysia. I enjoy cricket, adventure sports, and reading in my spare time. I like to describe myself as someone who's an extrovert; consumed deeply by wanderlust. I intend to improve those who cross their paths with me. To me, no farfetched dreams are impossible to conquer. With the right mindset, anything is attainable
