About Raffaele Barretta

Hi, This is a short summary of me, I made is short and simple since I guess no one of us wants to waste time. With a degree in computer science, I have spent the last 10+ years working in the support area as a technical support engineer. At first in Italy for several phone companies, then I moved to Germany, Berlin where I live now, where I changed a few companies. As an engineer and than manager, my duties were several, from process design to security implementation, from customer onboarding to churn fights, and from hiring and training of the new joiners to discuss positions change. The 3 most useful skills in these years have been probably- being able to translate the customers' needs to tech without bothering tech (too much)- Data analysis, sometimes it needed to retrieve a behaviour directly from data in a database- Fast learning, I try to learn as much as possible from every situation. I like to learn and apply what I learn, building sometimes the solution if needed. I am a direct person, with clients I try to be as much transparent as possible.
