About Raffaele Serrano

I’ve started my work experiences when I was young working as waiter during the university career. When I finished my studies, getting the degree in Economics, I started to work in the hotellerie as F&B manager’s assistant playing a relevant role in the organizational and supervision phases. After two years, I’ve decided to accept a new challenge with the aim to gain more experience abroad. That’s why I moved to UK and I started to work in the casinos as dealer. Thanks to this experience I had the chance to improve my customer service and my language skills. Once I realized that the iGaming industry would be my future, I decided to move to Malta starting as CS agent. My previous experiences, my attitude and my being able to adapt to many different situations allowed me to gain the CS team leader position. I run and supervised a seven people team, being involved even in some operational and decisional processes. I even worked closely to RFP and legal departments gaining new knowledges. My propensity for analysis and my passion for the sports pushed me to start a new challenge on the trading department. In brief, my desire to do, my attitude and my will to improve have always been the guiding thread of my work experience and life.
