I'm Raffy! I love to dig into problems and solve them with modern technology. Throughout my career, I've held various roles that have allowed me to leverage my skills in supply chain coordination, supplier management, and continuous improvement methodologies. These experiences have taught me a few things about myself- I can effectively manage and optimize supply chain activities - I place the needs of our front-line Patrols at the center of all I do, ensuring they receive equipment promptly and efficiently- Big ideas inspire me, I excel at executing them within the confines of reality. I continuously seek data to guide my decisions and strategies- I thrive in the thrill of succeeding, but find even more joy in seeing my team excel. In terms of personal development, I continually strive to improve. Running has become a newfound passion - I've logged 500km on Strava so far - and I enjoy training my Cocker Spaniel. These activities help me stay calm amidst adversity and focus on making quality decisions. I'm proficient in tech, and pride myself on my strong communication skills. I tell engaging narratives that motivate, and I always hold myself accountable when it comes to delivering results.
