Throughout my career, I have successfully completed multiple projects within tight timelines and allocated budgets while ensuring the highest quality standards, safety, and customer satisfaction. In my current role as Vice President at Gujarat Rajya Gram Vikas Samiti, I have been responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects. In addition to project management, I have also been instrumental in establishing partnerships with various government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and corporate entities. I am proud to have contributed to the sustainable development of rural areas in Gujarat and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on society through my work. I have a holistic and deeper view of management functions, having a comprehensive understanding of management and project management concepts. I possess exceptional leadership and communication skills that enable me to take on higher roles, contribute to the organization's objectives, and make a real difference. My experience includes: 4 years of experience as Vice President at Gujarat Rajya Gram Vikas Samiti. 8 months of professional experience as Head MEPF at Linc Digital Systems, where I managed and executed multiple MEPF projects within the prescribed budget and timelines. 11 years of professional experience as Manager - MEP at Larsen and Toubro Ltd. During my tenure at L&T, I successfully executed multiple MEP projects for prestigious clients, including multinational companies, airports, IT Parks, Residential Buildings and many more. I have also completed the Post-Graduate Certificate Programme on IIMA-L&T Management Education conducted by the Indian Institute of Management during 2015-2017. The program, designed exclusively for L&T employees, provided a comprehensive understanding of business management concepts, including finance, marketing, strategy, and leadership, while integrating L&T's specific business requirements. In addition, I hold a Master of Engineering in Electrical Power System from Gujarat University and a Bachelor of Engineering in from Government Engineering College, Modasa, Gujarat. I am passionate about utilizing my skills and experience to make a positive impact on any organization I work with.
