About Rafiul Haque

Having achieved remarkable success with McGrath Estate Agents where he spearheaded a programme of leadership and sales training for other agents, Rafi decided to focus his considerable energy on specialising in new project sales and marketing where he has transferred his deep knowledge base to focus on achieving outstanding results for developers. Often described as “a straight shooter”, Rafi’s honesty and genuine nature has established a loyal client following based on trust who often return as multiple purchasers as well as refer friends, family and colleagues for their property needs. No effort is too much trouble, even for those who have not purchased but continue to call for advice and guidance. Rafi understands that the knowledge and skills required for project marketing are very different to those required in marketing of established properties in general real estate brokerage. Thus he has acquired vast knowledge on project marketing and honed his skills in database handling. Focused and driven, he is devoted to the task at hand and has a reputation for honesty and an unfaltering work ethic, always providing exceptional service to his clients whether they are buying or selling.
