Background

About Raghav Bhattar

I am an Analytics Engineer and Applied Data Scientist with close to 5 years of experience building production-grade analytical systems that improve operational efficiency, decision velocity, and business outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and decision science. I design modular ELT pipelines, build analytics-ready datasets, architect dimensional models, and develop decision systems that move beyond reporting into structured, data-backed execution. At Great Learning, I have led initiatives across sourcing optimization, quality control systems, allocation engines, and risk scoring models - improving onboarding cycle time by 40%, reducing poor-quality sessions from 11% to 5%, increasing mentor utilization by 25%, and reducing attrition by 7%. I also built a centralized analytics feature store serving multiple downstream decision systems. While my foundation is strong in SQL, Python, data modeling, and BI systems, I have also applied GenAI and ASR workflows to automate judgment-heavy processes, including building an LLM-powered evaluation pipeline that reduced manual review time by 83%.I am particularly interested in roles where analytics is embedded into business processes - whether through BI, optimization systems, forecasting, or applied AI - and where the goal is not just insights, but operational impact.
