I’m the co-founder and COO of No Surprise Bill, a healthcare solution aimed at helping emergency services providers recoup money from insurance instead of patients. Why No Surprise Bill? NSB’s mission is to help Providers achieve stable and sustainable financial operations so that they can focus on their clinical missions. We do this with a client-specific set of solutions to liberate Providers from having to be experts in the ever-changing world of Revenue Cycle Management. Our clients use our solutions to accomplish: Payor Strategies: Leverage unique relationships and experience with payors, to accelerate near-term incremental revenue and long-term contract opportunities. Sustainable Revenue Strategies: Build and develop playbooks, and roadmaps and execute mid to long-term revenue reimbursement strategies. Claims Reimbursement Maximization: Put in place short-term revenue maximization measures to increase Average Revenue Reimbursement per procedure, lower DSO, and lower denials. Technology & Operational Execution Excellence: Assess and build efficient, cost-conscious, and nimble service & RCM teams that are enabled by technology instead of constrained by their vendors. A Little More About Me My career began at Deloitte Consulting, where I honed my skills in technology and healthcare, spearheading groundbreaking projects in medical records and systems. Transitioning into the dynamic world of digital marketing, I gained invaluable insights at companies like Groupon and G/O Digital, navigating hyper-competitive landscapes and driving substantial revenue growth. Then moving into the realm of investment management capital, I sourced and evaluated deals for firms in the US and India, focusing on digital media, finance, and tech-enabled services, and launched an investment platform for hardware technologies.
