Facilities professional with a postgraduate certificate in Project Management from George Brown College. I have a strong background in civil engineering, having completed my bachelor's and diploma in this field from Gujarat Technological University and Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology, respectively. I have core competencies in office facilities coordination, lease management, construction supervision, and policy development. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to handle complex projects, recover funds, implement new technologies, and train workers. For example, at Collabera Inc, I recovered in retainers by analyzing various reports and communicating with vendors within 45 days during COVID19 lockdown, earning the "Blaze Award" for my performance. I also conducted research to identify new technologies that could improve efficiency and reduce costs, and developed, implemented, and reviewed policies and procedures for effective facility management. At Paramounte Enterprise, I supervised, coordinated, and scheduled the daily activities of construction trades-people, ensuring standards for safe working conditions were observed. I also prepared schedules, work progress, production, and other reports, and ordered materials and supplies. At KocharTech, I handled customer complaints by providing solutions, within a time limit to ensure the customer satisfaction. I also responded promptly to customer inquiries, prepared product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions, and processed orders, forms, applications, and requests.
