I’m a hospitality professional currently working as an Assistant Sales Manager at D’MONDE Members Club, with experience across event coordination, membership sales, client servicing and front-office operations. I began my journey at D’MONDE as a Front Office Supervisor and transitioned into the Sales & Marketing team, where I took on a broader portfolio involving high-impact events, membership conversions and premium client servicing. Over time, I’ve developed a deep interest in strategic sales and brand partnerships, contributing directly to both revenue growth and member satisfaction. A key aspect of my current role includes collaborating and coordinating with premium hospitality and lifestyle brands, including The Bicester Collection, Heavens Portfolio, Relais & Châteaux, ONDA Life and THRS. I’ve also had the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of luxury and mid-segment retail brands such as Burberry, Cartier, Galeries Lafayette, Elizabeth Arden, US Polo and Uniqlo, creating curated experiences and value-driven partnerships for our members. What sets me apart is my adaptability and willingness to take initiative. Whether stepping in during team transitions, managing client relationships during peak event seasons, or juggling multiple business functions.
