As CEO at Shell-MRPL Aviation Fuels, I spearheaded a transformative growth phase that saw our revenue double and NIBT increase by 5X in four years amidst challenging times of pandemic and our performance surpassing industry growth. Since my appointment in August 2020, I have navigated the company through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing structural improvements to grow the business while ensuring safe and efficient operations and doubling our presence in domestic and international airports.With over 30 years of diverse industry experience, including 27+ years with Shell, I have demonstrated leadership across complex roles in India and the Asia Pacific region.I have fostered a culture of continuous learning and development.
