I have over seven years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, and consultant in various domains, including sea ports, logistics, e-commerce, education, customer service, and public sector. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology Calicut and a Certified Scrum Product Owner credential from Scrum Alliance.
