Experianced professional in the field of policy advocacy, governemt business government relations, interest in public policy advances with various interest groups – Corporate, regulatory and Government both at the Central and State level Joined Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. in 2004. Over a period of more than 20 years with the institution, have held leadership positions with an objective of creating and building a platform for comprehensively facilitating and engaging in enriching dialogue between key internal and external stakeholders ( Government, Trade Bodies, Industry Association, Multilateral Forums, Nodal Agencies, Think Tanks, policy makers amongst many others) to constantly nurture the best practices of the bank to enable it achieve its vision sustainable, holistically by managing both the P&L and non P&L responsibilities of the bank and its subsidiaries. Have been a part of various delegations of the Government of India like Finance Minister’s Delegation to Japan, Great Britain, USA and Singapore. Also was an special invitee and member to various committees like Chief Minister’s Advisory Council in Rajasthan, Chief Minister’s Partnership Council, Maharashtra, Niti Ayog’s Committee on promoting Digital Payments in India post demonetization, CII Northern Region, CII Services Council and a think tank set up by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs Have been a speaker on Public Affairs and Relationship Management at various forums, both in India and abroad and also a regular columnist and panelist with electronic and print media Prior to that was associated with Citibank, managing ultra-high network individual for their investments and banking needs Been integral part of the First branch at Citibank (worldwide) which marked break even in the first month of operations
