I've had hands-on experience working with fermenters of various scales, from bench-top (5L) to large-scale production (30KL). I'm well-versed in the intricacies of Pichia and E. coli fermentation processes and have actively participated in the production of recombinant proteins and DNA vaccines for critical initiatives like the COVID pandemic response. Project Management: I thrive in project environments, from initial installation to the commissioning phase. I specialize in overseeing Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for new facilities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet the highest industry standards. Technical Advisory & Coordination: I excel at evaluating customer requirements for feasibility and profitability in all project phases. My role involves providing technical advice to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. I am adept at developing process and system solutions, closely coordinating with customers and sales teams to meet their needs. Engineering Documentation: The devil is in the details. I am skilled in understanding and help in creating Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and other essential design documents, contributing significantly to the engineering project phases. CGMP Operations: I am well-versed in Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), and I understand the critical importance of adhering to these standards in plant operations.
