About Ragini Hildreth

I have a vision to open a world of brilliant possibilities for children by supporting teacher well-being. How do I do this? By empowering teachers to flourish in new roles and leadership responsibilities without losing their authenticity and passion for teaching. By integrating my experience of teaching, leadership and coaching, I have developed coaching programmes that support teachers to build sustainable, work-life friendly careers with increasing confidence. There is nothing that I love more than helping young teachers develop their unique leadership style and to watch their self-belief in their leadership abilities emerge, develop and expand. With over thirty years teaching experience, I have coached and mentored 30 newly qualified teachers and many colleagues stepping into leadership roles. But trust me - it was not all plain sailing! There were times when I didn’t know if I could continue teaching and seasons when I felt like a hamster trapped in a wheel. Overwhelmed by the pressures of work and family life, my passion for teaching was ebbing away. That’s why I want to support the next generation of teachers flourish personally and professionally so that they are able to open possibilities and opportunities for their pupils.
