Assistant Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Possesses adequate administrative experience in higher education as IQAC Co-ordinator, Shift II Co-ordinator and ISO Co-ordinator of the college and as Program Coordinator of IGNOU LSC. Skilled in Psychology, Special Education, Mental Health Counseling and Public Speaking. Gold medalist at undergraduate level and has won best faculty award by uLektz, Daniel Goleman Award for Excellence in Psychology from REPRC, Woman Academic Mentor of the Year Award by Raj Square Charity Foundation, Woman Achiever Award by Lions International, Best Young Researcher Award by SP Jain School of Management and three best paper awards in international conferences and one best paper award in a national conference. NET and SET qualified. Doctoral research was highly commented and focused on developing resilience among students with hearing impairment. Has been the key note speaker and resource person for numerous conferences, seminars, workshops and training programs. Actively involved in counseling school children and college students and also works extensively to cater to the mental health needs of students with physical disabilities.
