Creative, broadly oriented architectural developer and coordinator, not only of areas and real estate but also new concepts and non-standard processes. My strength lies in the creative preliminary stage of initiative and concept development. I operate with passion and skill on the cutting edge of generalism and specialism. Using my innovative and future-oriented vision I enjoy contributing ideas on new developments, not only in terms of content but also at the strategic level. My network extends across the central and eastern part of the Netherlands and comprises a range of different parties, including corporations, developers, builders, designers, estate agents, marketers and innovators. I have a Bachelor’s degree in “Architecture/Structural Engineering” and have gained work experience at various companies including development contractors, an independent developer and a large housing corporation. Experience- Functional experience in developing and assisting of programmes and projects and the supervision of multidisciplinary teams, from first concept to start of construction - The ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate the decision makers within line and matrix organisations - Carrying out analyses (including problem analyses) and offering unconventional solutions at the strategic and operational levels - Solid discussion partner with a creative – out of the box – approach and a natural tendency towards innovation - Ample technical knowledge with a love of the trade - Able to translate ambitions and goals into preconditions and specifications - Passionate, customer-focused and organisation-sensitive - Innovation and sustainability (or rather future-proof) are of paramount importance - Focused on synergy and achieving added value through creating win-win situations
