I have a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Modern Academy Maadi and multiple certifications, including CompTIA A+ and Apple Certified Support Professional macOS 11.My core competencies include operating system administration, antivirus and firewall configuration, software application support, and network monitoring. In my current role, I troubleshoot and resolve daily problems, educate end-users on SaaS and DMS platforms, and document all interactions in the Service Now and ConnectWise ticketing systems. I also assist users with account access, password reset, and other issues. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of IT professionals, who share the same passion for delivering high-quality customer service and solutions.
