About Rahat Alam

As an IT PMO at L'Oréal, I prepared and maintained dashboards to monitor project progress and support portfolio excellence. I also created a guide for project managers about Agile Project Management in the SNOW software platform, and supported the portfolio governance team by doing capacity planning and organizing sprint review. I am a Grande école graduate from ESSEC Business School. I completed an exchange semester from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where I gained valuable insights and skills in leadership, communication, and innovation. As a part of the ESSEC-Accenture Strategic Business Analytics Chair, I designed a machine learning system to enhance customer experience, using Natural Language Processing in Python to tag data with keywords and implement a targeting algorithm. I have previous experience in analytics, retail, and sustainability, working as a Business Analyst at Bureau Veritas Group and an External Consultant at Accenture. I am passionate about applying artificial intelligence and data science to solve business problems and create value for customers.
