Career Objective: To be a member of the team that has room for venturesome proposals ensuring personal growth & development; the one that appreciates conceptual practices & innovative ideas. My career: I started my career with AVCom, an audio-visual production house, where I successfully proved my intelligence & became member of the strategic decision making team. My career further enriched when I joined Golden Fibre Trade Centre Limited, an enterprise solely dedicated to development, promotion & export of jute & jute goods. I was engaged in increasing market share, keeping liaison with internal & external clients to ensure smooth service delivery & achieve more customer satisfaction, developing & managing Database Management System. Later I joined American Express bank in Remittance Department. I have extensive coverage of all the areas of my department as well as in some arenas of related departments. I am always engaged with my job, have single-minded focus, initiated many projects & successfully come out with effective solutions to improve our service delivery capabilities. Joining Standard Chartered Bank is something that made me a complete Leader in Banking Industry. I got the opportunity to work in numerous areas of the bank – Service Excellence, leading pan bank projects, people management, CSR, volunteering activities, managing internal / external stakeholders, Auditors, Regulators, Clients … … I possess a good aptitude level in Management Information System & have already applied this skill in different projects in my organizations. I am always eager to take additional responsibilities & champion risky initiatives with strong determination. In my career, I had numerous opportunities to closely observe business processes & operating structure. Coming from the school of management, I am equipped with all the required managerial knowledge that any job may calls for.
