About Rahat Naseer

I am Officer Organizational Development at People & Organizational Excellence Group, The Bank of Punjab, a Certified Human Resource Practitioner and researcher of development initiatives, agile working and innovation with over 3 years of experience in the area of People Management. I have a passion for art, research, policy development, sustainable economic reforms with latest addition of DEIB and Empowerment in the list. I challenge my skills to enhance the organizational effectiveness and efficiency through my contribution. However, considering my academic background, I am looking forward to play an advisory role in the implementation of economic principles and practices in the field of research, evaluation, strategy and policy development that exhibit inclusive development and growth of the organization at domestic and international level. My current role is to play an active part in inclusive policy making, organizational design and development projects, performance management, talent management, rewards and employee engagement. With research as my forte, I deliver with logistics and clear rationale to ensure complinace with relevant laws and regulations.
