Mr. Rahim Alexander, MS, PMP, CCM, LEED AP BD+C, has more than 25 years of versatile experience in the construction and engineering sectors. As a detail-oriented driven professional especially skilled at problem solving and the development of efficient processes and procedures, he has proven proficiency in technical writing, personnel supervision, project coordination, and construction management roles. Mr. Alexander honed his expertise by proactively resolving issues and developing a working environment conducive to collaboration amongst all parties. He has taken multiple, multimillion-dollar projects from concept to close-out by utilizing his ability to seamlessly coordinate construction budgets and schedules, contract specifications, and change orders, ensuring that projects come in on time and within budget. Mr. Alexander has worked on behalf of owners, general contractors and construction managers serving as a Project Engineer, Estimator, Superintendent, Senior Quality Assurance Field Inspector and Resident Engineer in the public, private and government arenas. Currently, Mr. Alexander provides program management consulting services for owners, contractors, and subcontractors by determining risk, estimating costs, and evaluating complex schedules. As an expert, he provides assistance in construction related cases involving standard of care, schedule delay, productivity impact and damages quantifications. Mr. Alexander graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and holds a Master’s degree in Building Construction/Integrated Facilities Management (specializing in Program Management) from Georgia Institute of Technology, School of Architecture, in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and a LEED Accredited Professional designation with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
