At Gartner, we guide the leaders who shape the world. I’ve spent 20+ years in product marketing and leadership roles at B2B software and tech companies. Today, as a Gartner analyst, I guide product marketing teams on their go-to-market (GTM) strategies so they can grow faster, outperform peers, and create more value for customers. My core research spans market and customer understanding, positioning and differentiation, competitive intelligence, messaging and message testing, sales enablement, win/loss analysis, and GTM alignment. I also advise on building high-performance PMM teams and on the technologies that support them — including CI platforms, win/loss solutions, message testing tools — and the practical adoption of AI as it reshapes the product marketing function.
