I have extensive experience in handling multi-faceted projects end to end delivery including financial management. I am focused and passionate in driving team towards results and positive outcomes in products/projects with high value. I am working with IBM for 11+ years played various roles comprise of Product Consultant,Program manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master,Test manager and Analyst. Worked with several clients span across for US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Currently working as a Product Consultant and Agile coach leading 35 member AI-ML -R&D team for one of the IBMs LF account. As an AI-ML.Product Consultant my responsibility is to work with the business teams to understand business problem statement work with AI Labs team for converting the business problem to ML problem. Work is the problem NLP and Doc-AI based AI-ML products, set the roadmap, position the product in-turn increase revenue and reduce enterprise cost spend. As a project manager I have been part of end-to-end journey product and service launch. This evolves performing data extraction, transformation, explore, design and build models, score and evaluate. Upon POC approval by client work with enterprise architect team & tech partners to build the product as per enterprise architecture, test and launch the AI & ML product to different business units by implementing in SAFe Agile framework.
