Helping Organizations Improve Programs with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Data I have over 10 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), helping organizations make better decisions using data, research, and evaluation. I have worked with international organizations like the World Bank, UNDP, USAID, Search For Common Ground, and Mercy Corps, ensuring that projects are effective, efficient, and make a real difference. Using data to help organizations make informed decisions I hold a Master’s in Monitoring & Evaluation from Saarland University, Germany, and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Padua, Italy. My goal is to keep improving programs that help people and make a positive impact worldwide.
