My Profession: I'm a third-generation real estate developer based in Pune. Our family-run business firm - Vasupujya Corporation has been involved in real estate development since 1980. We prioritize Quality over Quantity. We execute only one project at a time, on self-owned land parcels, with our own in-house engineering & sales team. We are personally involved in the day-to-day activities of the project. Which builder would you prefer - One who sells homes per year with delegated staff to oversee the project, or one who sells 50 homes per year and personally oversees the project on the site? My Passion: I love number-crunching, I dig into Real Estate Data and bring out key insights that can help Homebuyers and Builders with their decision-making. I also provide guidance to homebuyers, who are looking to purchase a home in Pune. I enjoy travelling & dining and write about my experiences on TripAdvisor & Google Maps. My Mission: I've created a HomeBuyer's Guide to educate people on the critical aspects of home buying. I've created a Project Search Website - to help homebuyers find relevant projects. I also assist in organizing Bulk Material Purchase activities for CREDAI Pune Metro members, to help developers reduce their construction costs. My Vocation: I help builders decide on the right sizing and pricing for their new launches, using data analysis. I undertake professional assignments under the firm name - AREA Foresight, which provides data reports to Real Estate Developers, Financial Institutes & Government Bodies. My Professional Background: I graduated from IIT Bombay with a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering. I have previously worked at Shapoorji Pallonji and RBSA Advisors. I have won several national & international accolades for Short Film Making during my college days.
