Well-rounded and experienced Media and Monetisation professional. My career has been built of a solid foundation of Digital Media with experience of managing and building teams across India, Africa and now in South East Asia in Indonesia. I have successfully managed, built & grown sustainable client portfolios across Telcom, Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services, Aviation Industries, Ride-Hailing categories to name a few. I am currently the Agency Business Lead for Google Indonesia. My stints across both Africa and Asia Pacific have been truly transformative. I would like to believe I have set up a number of relevant practices that have proved impactful for client business in terms of direct revenue. Three key principles that define my work with my employers are: Product, People and Profit. I take great pride in seeing the people who have reported into me grow in their careers. Evidence of this can be seen in my stint with GroupM Africa, where key members of my team grew in stature and competencies with some landing lead roles at the client and publisher sides. My approach also involves working closely with clients and constantly sharing ideas and innovations that are business centric. This approach generally tends to deliver results on the P&L sheet. My vision as a marketing practioner is to use media and marketing as a pillar for brands to transform their businesses. Build products and offer solutions for brands that save costs, reduce dependencies on manual intervention, allow brands to drive relevant messaging and communication.
