As a Transformation Consultant at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, I leverage my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and over 12 years of experience in process improvement and change management to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. I have successfully led teams of up to 6 Black Belts, managing the design and delivery of continuous improvement roadmaps, identifying opportunities for value creation and revenue generation, and delivering on productivity commitments through Lean Six Sigma, analytics, and digital levers. Previously, I was an Assistant Vice President at Genpact, where I worked as a Master Black Belt for a banking client across various domains, including commercial leasing & lending, wealth management, FCRM, consumer banking, institutional banking, and F&A operations. I also held a similar role at Infosys BPM, leading quality control, quality assurance, and process transformation for 6 clients globally, primarily in the finance and accounting domain. I am passionate about creating transformation roadmaps, conducting value stream maps, setting up quality frameworks, and delivering lean and six sigma training sessions.
